What you'll do
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to offer, across the group
• Build talent pipelines for solar PV, electrical, construction and corporate roles
• Own employer brand, advertising and sourcing strategy
• Partner with hiring managers across Commercial Solar, Residential Solar and asset management
• Manage agencies, job boards and the recruitment budget
• Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates
• Onboarding and staff introductions
• Administration and compliance duties
• Report on hiring metrics and champion candidate experience at every step
What we're looking for
• Proven talent acquisition leadership, ideally in construction, renewables or M&E
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiter, strategic thinker and doer in one
• Excellent communication and senior-level stakeholder managemen
• Experience building recruitment processes in a high-growth business
• Energy and drive matter more than sector knowledge
